CESAR SANCHEZ JOINS NEXFRAME AS  DESIGN MANAGER

STOCKTON, California – April, 2008 - Cesar Sanchez has joined NexFrame as Design Manager, a position responsible for the day-to-day operation of NexFrame's design group, including production of truss, floor and wall design drawings. His duties include overseeing documentation developed for the production floor, customers' submittal packages, sales support and other design needs.

Cesar, who has been with Nuconsteel, Denton, TX for several years, developed many systems at Nuconsteel resulting in improved operation efficiencies, said Ron Donnini, president of NexFrame. “We are excited that Cesar has joined our team and look forward to his bringing his industrial engineering and systems skills to this new role,” said Donnini. 

Sanchez has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Among Sanchez's duties at NexFrame are training and developing procedures required to complete full submittal drawings to the city, county or state officials for light gauge steel projects for NexFrame clients.

He reviews and approves all designs created in the design department, oversees the production of all shop drawings and roll former production files and develops shop-friendly design processes and systems for smooth production flow.

Sanchez develops accurate Bills of Materials, both general and miscellaneous, for use with purchasing and production and he develops software enhancements needed to improve design production. He implements design standards developed by NexFrame's technical director and implements all details developed by design partner, BORM Engineering in coordination with the technical director.
