Nuconsteel and Lennar Homes Name Industry Leader
to President Post at NexFrame

Denton, Texas, November 6, 2006 — NexFrame, LP a manufacturer of steel wall, floor, roof and ceiling panels for residential and commercial builders, today announced that Ron Donnini, a leading executive in the truss, steel and engineered products industry, has joined the company as President.  

Ron most recently was President of Platinum Advanced Technologies, and is the former President and CEO of Alpine Engineered Products. He is responsible for leading NexFrame in sales, marketing, engineering and design services, commercial development, specialty markets and operations.

The company, headquartered in Stockton, CA, utilizes the cutting edge software and roll forming equipment manufactured by Nuconsteel. The company provides complete steel framing packages to builders in the Northern California housing market. The company will expand into the Southern California market during the first quarter of 2007, with future plant expansions to follow.

Ron brings more than three decades of experience in the building industry, including the development of wood and steel products, truss software and connectors. He held various management positions with Alpine Engineered Products, as President and CEO, guiding that company's first sale of Alpine to the Dorbyl Ltd Group of industrial companies in Johannesburg, South Africa.
